When you choose to sign up via email, you can easily access the BUX app by simply verifying your email address. The two most common problems that can lead to an error are:
1) The email registration has not been completed:
When you fill in your email address and password at signup, we will send you an email with a link that you can click for verification.
If you haven’t received the email, try checking your “junk” folder.
If the email is still not there, check that you filled in the correct email address.
If you checked both and both are OK, try to sign up again.
If it still doesn’t work there might be something wrong with your email account (see below).
Once you received the email correctly and you click the link, go back to the BUX app and click “next” after which you should be able to use the BUX app.
If it still doesn’t work, make sure you have a good working internet connection when clicking the link in the email and try again.
2) Something is wrong with your email account:
Sometimes it’s possible that there's something wrong with your email account. It could be the case that the email is not yet completely registered (i.e., when you’ve just signed up for a new email address) or that there's something wrong with the email/password combination.
Make sure you can log into and out of the e-mail account you’re using for the BUX sign-up, and that this account can receive e-mails. If both are fine, try the registration again.
